At Toppushs, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@toppushs.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Please provide your order number and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and work to resolve the problem promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personal care products where hygiene concerns apply
  • Any item specifically marked as non-returnable

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item shipped by us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received is defective;
  • The item was damaged during transit; or
  • The wrong item was sent.

In these situations, Toppushs will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@toppushs.shop so we can work toward a satisfactory resolution before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
