Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Promotional events
  • Periods of unusually high order volume

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Canada

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Australia & New Zealand

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

From time to time, Impposs may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Impposs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Orders returned due to address issues may require additional payment for reshipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's responsibility.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at hello@impposs.shop and we will assist in investigating the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged packaging
  • Photos of the damaged product

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

After this period, orders may already be processed for shipment and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Delays

Impposs is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs inspections
